During each meeting of the Brock University Students' Administrative Council, detailed minutes are recorded. In these minutes you will find motions, decisions, updates and all the happenings of the particular meeting. Once a meeting is complete, the minutes must be ratified at the following meeting by BUSAC to ensure accuracy. Once ratified, the minutes must be signed by the President, Vice-President, University Affairs and Speaker. Once signed the minutes become public knowledge. The minutes are also required to be posted on here, as well as kept on file as corporate history. BUSAC minutes are also filed with BUSU's legal counsel.
